About the organiser

Event information and changes
Next Gen BESS Expo is a business exhibition focused on battery energy storage systems and related technologies, products, services and industry developments. The event may include exhibitions, conferences, technical sessions, product demonstrations, business meetings, networking activities and associated programmes.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify event dates, timings, venue, floor plan, programme, speakers, exhibitors, session formats, visitor arrangements or other event details. We may postpone, relocate, reschedule, suspend or cancel all or part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for operational, safety, security, regulatory or other legitimate reasons.
Where a change materially affects a confirmed booking, the applicable exhibitor, sponsor, delegate or visitor agreement and event-specific cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms will govern. Nothing in these Website Terms creates a refund entitlement or overrides a separate written agreement.
Registrations, enquiries and submissions
We may verify registration details and refuse, cancel or revoke a registration where information is inaccurate, eligibility requirements are not met, payment or documentation is outstanding, or we reasonably consider the action necessary for event administration, safety, security or compliance.
You are responsible for keeping any registration confirmation, ticket, badge or access credential secure. Unless expressly permitted by us, registrations and access credentials may not be transferred, resold or used by another person.
Exhibitors, sponsors and commercial participants
Exhibitor and sponsor participation is subject to the relevant application, booking confirmation, contract, exhibitor manual, technical guidelines, payment schedule and event regulations issued by Exhibition Catalyst. These documents may set out fees, taxes, payment deadlines, cancellation and refund terms, stand allocation, construction and dismantling rules, insurance, safety requirements, permitted activities and other obligations.
The Website may display exhibitor, sponsor or partner names, logos, descriptions and product information for event-related information and promotion. Each participating organisation is responsible for ensuring that the materials and claims it supplies are accurate and that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide them.

Visitor and delegate conduct

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive conduct, unauthorised recording, unsafe demonstrations, damage to property, misuse of badges or access credentials, and conduct that interferes with the event or other participants may result in removal from the venue or refusal of access without prejudice to other rights available to the organiser.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, equipment and valuables. Please follow all venue security and safety procedures, particularly in areas where batteries, electrical systems, demonstrations or other technical equipment are displayed.
Intellectual property and permitted reproduction
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including text, editorial material, photographs, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, videos, designs, page layouts and other materials—are owned by Exhibition Catalyst, its affiliates, licensors or the relevant content owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your materials. Any broader use will be subject to a separate agreement or permission where required.
Photography, video and event recording
